The Coconino Coalition for Children & Youth advocates for public policy, raises public awareness, and mobilizes the community around issues related to children and youth.  It does this by:

• Identifying and prioritizing issues
• Gathering information
• Making recommendations to the board on issues and strategies for advocacy
• Creating a system for obtaining board consensus to facilitate timely advocacy activities
• Planning, organizing, and evaluating the annual legislative forum
