Sacred PeaksSacred Peaks
Sacred Peaks is a community-based clinic aimed at providing Native American beneficiaries living in Flagstaff with non-urgent health care. In addition to routine and non-urgent primary care, the facility will provide Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Gynecology. Other services include laboratory, pharmacy, radiology and physical therapy.

Regular Family Service Assistance: clothing and furniture vouchers, food boxes, jackets, APS and Unisource utilities, rent.
Seasonal Assistance: Back to School clothing and school supplies, Thanksgiving turkey and food box, Christmas turkey and food box as well as toys for each child under 14.
Afterschool Program: Monday music and Wednesday troops. Free pickup at school dismissal
Church Services 10:00 Sunday School and 11:00 Worship Services. Pickups available.
