Williams AllianceWilliams Alliance Contact: Candice Koenker
A community prevention coalition – any community member who is interested in prevention of alcohol and drug abuse among youth and adults may join. The meeting is usually on the first Wednesday of the month at the Williams Justice Court from 11:30-12:30pm. The alliance has three active standing committees and workgroups that plan activities for youth, focus on policy change, and encourage strategies that reduce underage drinking.

Instructed swim lessons, instructed aerobics, the pool offers a guarded climate for swimmers during various public, senior and adult, and lap swimming times. Instructors and lifeguards take part in various safety related functions.
Williams Food BankWilliams Food Bank
Food boxes are given out on Fridays starting at 1pm. Emergency food boxes are available if food supplies are adequate – must show proof of eligibility.

Head Start and Early Head Start programs offer exciting learning opportunities for expecting parents, and children ages Birth – 5 years of age. We work with families to ensure that every child has the skills & knowledge needed for success in school. We work with the whole family to provide medical, dental, nutritional & mental health support. We partner with parents to support their learning interests and goals for the future while working with community partners and services to enhance and support those goals. We are NAEYC Accredited and provide all of these services at no cost to the families if families qualify. Full Day & half-Day Classrooms & Home Base services are available to meet families in the way that best fits their needs, and children with special needs are welcome.

Rotary has provided college scholarships to dozens of Williams High School Seniors and supports many other community projects. The Rotary sponsors a leadership program for students called “RYLA” and helps fund community organizations that serve the needs of the Williams are. Rotary International programs foster understanding around the world.
