FLAGSTAFF — Hundreds of children and young people had the chance play outdoor carnival games with their parents receiving a variety of famliy resource information at the 2024 FACTS Lights On Carnival held Saturday, Sept. 14 at Bushmaster Park.
Community organizations participating in the event include Adventure in Real Life — Missions and Madness, Be SMART Secure Gun Storage, Boys & Girls Club of Flagstaff, Bright Side Bookshop, Chicano Por La CAUSA, Coconino Amateur Radio Club, Coconino Coalition for Children & Youth, Coconino Community College, the Coconino County Health and Human Services’ AZ Health Zone, Coconino County Superintendent of Schools Educational Services Agency, Discing4kids, Flagstaff Unified School District FACTS (Family and Community Teaming for Students, Family Involvement Center, The Guidance Center, Museum of Northern Arizona, NACOG Head Start, Northern Arizona University, Native Americans for Community Action (NACA), NAU Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals, North Country HealthCare, Tynkertopia and the United States Tennis Association — Southwest – Northern Arizona.
